Refund Process

  1. Contact Order@safehealthpill.shop to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Return the product to the address provided, including the RMA number and proof of purchase.

  3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If this is not possible, a store credit or alternative method may be offered.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, upon verification.
